Recently, Governor Tony Evers signed the order  EMERGENCY ORDER #12 - SAFER AT HOME ORDER  regarding COVID-19,  that all non-essential businesses are to close, keeping employees at home, limiting the exposure to, and spread of, COVID-19.

Home inspectors were included on the essential business list, allowing them to continue working, while taking the appropriate actions to limit the exposure to both themselves and their clients to slow the spread of the virus.

We at Triad Home Inspection are committed to the health of both ourselves and our clients. We therefore are:

-Encouraging buyers/sellers and realtors to not attend the inspection or to show up at the very end. In addition, when present, they are to keep a minimum separation of 6 feet from others in attendance.

-Keeping tools clean, washing hands frequently and containing any coughs or sneezes.

-Wearing gloves and shoe covers during the inspection; gloves of any kind provide a barrier between the hands and items in the home.

-Wiping certain surfaces clean at the end of the inspection.

Clients should not bring children, relatives, contractors, and others to the inspection. They should reschedule the inspection if they to wish to attend, feel sick, or exhibit symptoms of a respiratory illness.

Provided that clients and realtors are agreeable to these conditions, Triad Home Inspection will continue to be available to provide high quality, thorough inspections during this time.

Experience, Detail, and reputation Matters

2020 has been a great year for Triad Home Inspection as we continue to provide detailed inspection reports to satisfied clients. We are inspecting properties representing a wide variety of locations, ages, and styles. Whether it is an updated 1850's farmhouse, a multi-unit investment property, or a 1200 square foot ranch, Triad has and will inspect it with confidence.

Detail and thoroughness is a core value we embrace at Triad Home Inspection and this results in a fully comprehensive report delivered in a timely fashion. Clients can expect a 2-3 hour inspection on-site, followed by several hours of report preparation. The final report complete with photos is delivered electronically within 24 hours of inspection completion.

Nothing says more than a great recommendation. Thoroughness, a positive inspection experience, and a service mind-set are common threads woven throughout Triad Home Inspection's 45 5-Star Google Business Reviews.  You can check them out by clicking the link below.
